How do I register my domain name?
TVC Sites will register this on your behalf at cost price plus a small administration charge. The name remains your property.
I have an old website that is with another company what can I do?
Many companies registered for free websites but now find they are being charged much higher prices than we offer. Please contact us and we can arrange for the domain name and website to be moved.
I don't have any experience with websites can you help?
Yes. That is what we do.
We can project manage the whole process and do the work. We also provide you with a help guide to help you through every step of the process, if you have any problems: contact us
Can we edit the website from our business?
Yes, the site is editable from anywhere in the world that has a browser with javascript turned on. You are given access to an administration panel where you can update your content easily.
The administration panel is password protected for your security, you will be given a password that you can change to something else if you choose too.
You will be given a Help Guide and access to online resources to help you through it all.
Can we have our own pictures on the website?
Yes. Some of the core design elements cannot be altered but images can be substituted - the Help Guide will tell you how to do this.
You can have as many images as you want.
Can we have links to other websites?
Yes. You may have as many as you want.
Can we run a survey or questionnaire on the websites?
Yes, but there is an additional charge for this service as it takes time to set up and maintain.
Why can I not see the new changes you have made to my website?
Pressing the F5 key on your keyboard will refresh your browser and bring up the recent changes.
How can I promote my site?
There are many ways you can promote your website. We will upon your site going live, submit your website to search programs.
How much does it all cost?
TVC Sites is home based and is therefore able to keep design and related charges low in comparison to competitors who run offices with high overheads. A number of different products are offered including the opportunity for renting a site from TVC Sites and paying a deposit and then monthly instalments which can include support charges.
